I provide counselling for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, insomnia, life transitions, and other challenges affecting their well-being. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to each client’s goals, strengths, and circumstances.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), mindfulness, psychoeducation, neuroscience-informed interventions, cognitive behavioural therapies, and solution-focused strategies. I also incorporate developmental and attachment-based perspectives, including Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN), when relevant.
My role is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can better understand their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, build on existing strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change. Treatment is guided by each client’s goals and is adapted to meet their unique needs and circumstances.
